Rememberance

“So today, remember Jesus- recall the great salvation He has given you. And rejoice that the One who triumphed over sin and death is the one who helps you in all your battles”

At the final supper, Jesus broke bread and said, “Do this in remembrance of me”. He wants us to live our lives remembering His sacrifice, personalizing it and internalizing just how loved and eternally blessed we truly are. The problem with Man is that too often we seek our own reliance instead of remembering the cross, forgetting the true essence of salvation. Jesus Christ is a miracle and a gift. The story of his death and resurrection isn’t for us to just marvel at- it’s an example of indescribable love and the power of God to use your story to impact generations.

Christians believe in the resurrection because we believe our God is greater than suffering and death. And if He is greater than His son’s death, what can’t He help conquer in you?
